DUDA is operated by Systems R Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 202501059863 / 1661269-U), a company incorporated in Malaysia. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Systems R Sdn Bhd operating as DUDA.

4. The DUDA Digital Partner Programme

The DUDA Digital Partner Programme is a selective, application-based programme. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, a consultation, a meeting, or any particular outcome. Participation in the programme, where offered, is subject to any separate terms, scope and arrangements agreed directly between you and us.
